Attorney Peter Rausch is trained as a small claims court judge pro tem with the San Joaquin County Superior Court and periodically presides over the Court’s small claims calendar since 1998. He also serves on the San Joaquin County Superior Court Judicial Arbitration Panel and conducts arbitrations in the Court’s ADR program. Peter has been retained privately by parties to conduct mediations and binding arbitration of civil disputes. In the fall of 2005 and spring 2007, he completed intensive and advanced professional mediation training and offers private mediation services to civil litigants embroiled in complex business and other general civil disputes.
