Patent Attorney Contingency | Lawyer Works on Contingency

The strength of my case , on a scale of 1-10, is 10 , no question. I am a mechanical engineer , not even close to law , but if allowed , i could win the case , hands down. Though the infringer has been infringing on my patent for 7 years , i can only file a suit for about 1 1/2 years and counting . There was a mistrial called on my last lawsuit . i will explain if we go forward . His gross profit is estimated at $ 400,000 to $ 500,000 per year which will definitely be tripled due to infringers' gross inequitable conduct , lying to USPTO, etc. Plus , due to what he has done to my life including showing up with 6 attorneys at the trial which created a total mental collapse of my lone and young attorney. Six attorneys on a very simple product and a simple case. I know my sad and heart breaking story will command at least a $ 5 million punitive damages if presented properly to the jury. Defendants' money brought havoc to my easy- to -win case, but now , i want to use that against him. I also believe the mood of our country is just right for my case. That is what i will be asking for. All the depositions , workman hearing , briefs , discovery , etc. has been don with no need to repeat .
