Patent Attorney Contingency | Lawyer Works on Contingency

ASK A LAWYER

i have a good patent infringement case. Do you know a good attorney that works on contingency?

its a simple case but the infringer has money and a loud mouth but good attorney
  • I'm at partner at Rimon and working with a number of clients with patents for sale or licensing. I've had discussions with firms and entities that take on enforcing or monetizing patents on a contingency basis and hope to close a deal this month. Your options will largely depend on the size of the market, the strength of the patent and whether you require a grant-back license for your company. I'd be happy to discuss with you. • There are relatively few attorneys who work on contingency, and even fewer in patent litigation. It is a rare case of clear cut infringement, and even then there are significant defenses, such as the validity of the patent to begin with.

I know of no such patent litigators.
