Is it legal to bottle and private label honey purchased in bulk without the supplier's knowledge/consent?
I am starting an online honey boutique. I have agreements with some suppliers, but am trying to enlarge the variety that I carry. In doing so, can I just purchase bulk honey, pack, and label it under my own name? Not asking about food handling regulations, just the legal aspect of the resale of bulk honey.
