Patent Infringement Attorney | Contingency Basis Fee

ASK A LAWYER

Do you know a patent infringement litigation attorney who would work on contingency basis?

  • I know a few, but I would need to speak with you about your particular matter to know who to recommend. I would be happy to speak to you about your matter (free of charge) to help you determine if any of the patent litigators I know would be a good fit for your matter. You can reach me at patrick@richardspatentlaw.com or by calling me at (773) 697-8732.
  • Yes, I know one. Please contact me at karen@canaanlaw.com and I will provide the name of the lawyer and law firm.
  • I would be happy to make a referral for you assuming we can find a "fit." Accordingly, I'll need more information too. Please contact me at bob@villhardpatents or (512) 897-0399.
  • I worked with Peter McCabe of Winston & Strawn on a contingency patent case. I know of some others as well. There are also companies and investors who will invest in enforceable IP and file lawsuits to enforce, splitting the revenues with the patent owner. There are several factors to consider when determining the best path. Feel free to contact me at john.boyd@rimonlaw.com
