Business Counsel Law Group was founded to provide sophisticated legal counseling grounded in real business experience. Our boutique practice is focused on representing buyers and sellers in transactions under $100M and to serve all of the transactional needs of emerging growth technology companies and other small, privately held businesses. Our firm philosophy is similar to many successful businesses: to be the best in product, value and service. We strive to excel in each of these categories.
