I have been practicing corporate and real estate transactional law for over 10 years for a wide range of companies. I have served as in-house counsel and I have also worked for law firms representing many companies with their business, financing and commercial needs. I am now an independent legal services consultant, and I provide legal services for start-ups, as well as large, publicly-traded companies. I try to be creative with fee structures depending on the client's needs.
I was born and raised in San Francisco, California, and received by B.A. in History from UC Berkeley and my law degree from the University of San Francisco Law School. I moved to Oakland in 2001, and I discovered the weather was so much better! I love it here, and currently I live in the Oakland hills where I operate a virtual law office, and raise my two daughters. We try to take advantage of the many lovely trails nearby with our dog Coco, and not get too close to all the wild turkeys and deer. We love to grow herbs and vegetables, and make our own natural and organic skin care, house cleaners, and herbal remedies. I am also very active in my girls' elementary school, and volunteer as often as possible.
