Indigo Venture Law Offices takes a "solutions" approach. We start by getting to know each client and understanding their business before applying our legal skills. We are also committed to streamlining the delivery of legal services by offering packaged solutions on a fixed fee basis.
The firm provides legal counsel to traditional and high-tech businesses throughout the business lifecycle: start-up, growth, and succession.
For over 20 years, Mr. Glovsky has provided legal counsel to start-up and emerging businesses in matters such as business formation, partnership agreements, stockholder agreements, technology licensing, loan agreements, and sales and distribution agreements.
In 1992, Mr. Glovsky founded his own law firm, Roger P. Glovsky, P.C. In 1994, he formed a partnership with John Koenig under the name Glovsky & Koenig, P.C. expanding their representation to include small to medium-sized businesses in a variety of technology, professional and service industries.
From 1995-2002, Mr. Glovsky went "in-house" and served as a member of the executive management team for three Internet-related software companies. One of Mr. Glovsky’s roles during this time began in 1999, when Mr. Glovsky joined Delphi Forums (later Prospero Technologies) and served as General Counsel and Director of Business Development. As General Counsel, Mr. Glovsky streamlined the contracts process to address the new Application Service Provider (ASP) market and successfully negotiated contracts with major media customers.
Mr. Glovsky is the founder of LEXpertise.com, a collaboration website that promotes "open source for lawyers" and co-founder of the Business Lawyers Network, a network of lawyers and professionals, whose mission is to provide access to people, information and tools that facilitate the practice of law. In 2005, Mr. Glovsky joined the Board of Advisors for the Entrepreneurship program at Simmons School of Management. From 2003-04, Mr. Glovsky was a member of the Board of Directors of Women Entrepreneurs in Science and Technology (WEST), an organization whose mission is to foster the entrepreneurial spirit among women in the scientific and engineering communities.
