I am a venture capital lawyer, working with tech companies of various sizes and stages of development and venture capital funds--bringing a unique perspective to the practice due to living on both sides of the fence.
Vassar College for 2 years, and graduated undergrad from Bowdoin, Summa Cum Laude. Georgetown University Law School, JD, and an editor of Law and Policy in International Business, the law school's international law journal.
Practiced corporate law in large and smaller firms, with current firm a great fit for my practice at 30 lawyers. I've done 20 IPOs and all kinds of public M&A and securities law compliance worik over the years, but much prefer my current private company practice working with the entrepreneurial class and those who fund it.
Resident of New Rochelle, NY, and public service minded, having served for years as President of the Board of Trustees of the New Rochelle Public Library and a member of the New Rochelle Charter Revision Commission, among other positions. Great contacts in the venture community of Upstate New York, where many of my clients hang their hats.
Devoted father of two and husband to one. Theatre, music, travel, hiking, running and friends are my passions.
