Nate is a member of our New York office and the founder of the firm. Nate's  practice focuses on intellectual property, corporate and securities law, and commercial agreements. Additionally, he has represented clients in mergers and acquisitions and contractual work.  He has worked for Goldman Sachs, several large law firms, the Human Genome Project, and tech startups prior to law school.  Nate holds a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. He received a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin.  He is admitted to practice law in New York State .
