Before joining SWA, Melinda gained comprehensive experience at the New York Attorney General’s Office litigating federal civil rights, employment discrimination claims, and Article 75 and Article 78 cases in defense of state employees (including judges) and agencies in federal courts. Melinda conducted all phases of litigation, including depositions, discovery, motion practice and trials.
