Mr. Gardner works with small, medium, and large scale residential and commercial developments and provides legal services relating to resident compliance, human resources, employment law, contracts, state and federal laws, dispute resolution, collection practices, governance, and litigation. He is available for meetings and consultations when your schedule permits, evenings or weekends. He practices in all superior courts in the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Ventura.
Mr. Gardner was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduating from University of Notre Dame, he received his JD from the University of Dayton Law School.
Mr. Gardner began his practice in Cincinnati, Ohio developing his skills as a litigator in the Public Defender's Office. Mr. Gardner worked for two years handling both juvenile and adult cases before moving to California.
After moving to California to be with family in 2006, Mr. Gardner began working with homeowners associations. He provides general counsel on corporate matters, litigation services, and document restatement and interpretation.
