At FSB FisherBroyles, we are committed to provide you with partner-level attorneys intimately familiar with and dedicated to your business and legal needs.
FSB attorneys typically have at least ten years of large firm or in-house counsel experience, as well as training at some of the best law schools in the world. As a FSB client, you get all the skill, experience and training of a large firm attorney at rates less than a large firm would charge you for a first-year lawyer.
Kevin, a Registered Patent Attorney, came to FSB FisherBroyles from Willcox & Savage of Norfolk, Virginia, where his practice focused on patent and trademark prosecution and portfolio management for businesses ranging from hi-tech startups to established Fortune 500 companies. Kevin assists clients in all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent and trademark prosecution, infringement analysis, domain name cybersquatting issues, and all forms of intellectual property licensing. Kevin is also active in the intellectual property community as a member of the board of directors of the National Association of Patent Practitioners, and has been an active member of the International Trademark Association's Bulletin Committee.
In addition to his intellectual property expertise, Kevin assists manufacturers with Uniform Commercial Code issues and large sales transactions of multi-million dollar heavy equipment. Kevin has also assisted in-house counsel with the day to day legal affairs of a multimillion dollar company, handling matters as diverse as supply contracts, real estate lease agreements, responses to bids, and negotiations with various government entities in permitting and licensing matters.
