Julia is a transactional attorney specializing in new media, intellectual property and corporate securities law. Julia started her legal career as a corporate and securitization lawyer at the Wall Street firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft, and later served as general counsel for a wireless entertainment technology startup. Her desire to make quality legal service assessable to individuals and emerging business motivated her to start her own practice, CyberlawStudio.
