Gordon’s practice focuses on protecting the assets of corporate clients and entrepreneurs and freelancers in the creative, fashion, restaurant and healthcare industries. He has advised clients at all levels of the start-up process, from protecting a product before it hits market, forming a client's business entity, and assisting clients in securing their rights as they expand and look for funding. He has assisted clients with trademark and copyright prosecution, licensing, strategy, entity formation, online presence strategy, brand management and manufacturing contracts. He offers personalized service to clients, believing that businesses of all sizes deserve the right to efficient and effective representation.
A native of Hamden, Connecticut, Gordon is a graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. He holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, one of the oldest and most highly respected programs of it’s kind in the country. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New York, the State of Connecticut and to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Away from his desk, Gordon enjoys exploring the sights, sounds and especially the tastes of New York. He has raced bicycles for 20 years and continues to race in New York for the Bikes To Rwanda (www.bikestorwanda.org) Cycling Team.
