In addition to handling all aspects of liquor licensing and trademarks, he also represents Clients before many regulatory agencies in disciplinary and revocation proceedings, New York City nusiance abatement proceedings and in Article 78 Special Proceedings in Supreme Court. Glenn, a former Civil Court arbitrator of commercial disputes, has represented large and small businesses in commercial litigation and in commercial arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association.
