Relerience is an international green consulting company that is headquartered in Washington, DC (in the United States). Relerience creates solutions for green buildings, solar & wind energy, the LEED green building standard, other energy standards, products, equipment & green technology. Relerience provides green building consulting services, provides assistance to green technology companies, develops green policies and agendas, assists with green branding, and drafts Green Business Plans.

Gina N. Dennis is the CEO of Relerience, an international green consulting company.  Ms. Dennis is a licensed attorney in the United States and a LEED Accredited Professional with specialized knowledge in green buildings.  She has over ten (10) years of experience in areas of energy savings, green buildings, environmental regulations, energy regulations, real estate development, construction, and commercial leases. Ms. Dennis has developed an energy efficient, green building strategic plan for a school occupying approximately 25,000 square feet.  She has also provided advisement for the LEED green building certification of tenant-occupied commercial space.  Ms. Dennis also designed an in-depth green business and energy efficiency training program for an organization in Maryland that represents over 10,000 small businesses.  In addition, Ms. Dennis developed a Green Economic Development Policy Plan for the entire District of Columbia (Washington, DC), while serving as the Chair of the Green Economy Committee for the Transition Team under Vincent Gray, the new Mayor of the District of Columbia.  The Policy Plan included strategies and a regulatory framework involving energy efficiency, green buildings, and renewable energy.  Previously, Ms. Dennis represented the Government of Cameroon and she has extensive legal experience as an Associate Attorney for Patton Boggs LLP and as an Associate Attorney for Collier Shannon Scott PLLC.  Ms. Dennis was also a White House Intern in the Office of the President of the United States.  Ms. Dennis received her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from American University’s Washington College of Law.  She also received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from American University’s Kogod School of Business. Ms. Dennis also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in political science and psychology from Spelman College.  She also participated in an international program at the Rhodes University in South Africa.
