Eric Emerson is a 1989 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a 1992 graduate of the John Marshall Law School. He is a member of several transporation industry groups including NTTC and ATA, as well as legal associations such as Defense Research Insitute and Transporation Lawyers Association.
