I am a former Fortune 50 Tax Counsel and General Counsel to two New York high tech manufacturers. My firm practices corporate and business law with a particular emphasis on advising high tech and bio tech start ups on pre-IPO matters; particularly state and local tax planning, compliance and tax controversies.
