My legal planning services are designed around the philosophy that as soon as two parties step into a courtroom, they have both already lost. That's why I don't practice litigation.
I focus instead on representation of businesses in transactions, as well as asset protection planning and estate planning for business owners. I also also assist with tax compliance.
