My litigation practice spans a wide range of real estate issues, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, broker and agent matters, commercial leasing, secured transactions and collections, construction defects, boundary/title disputes and nuisance claims. I assist commercial clients/ developers with development, permitting and EIR issues. I review and negotiate leases, and work with property owners and managers regarding HOA drafting and compliance.
