Our hourly rates are competitive regardless of the size and complexity of the work. Not-to-exceed quotes are available for certain types of projects.

I have served as in-house counsel and I have also worked for law firms representing many companies with their business, financing and commercial needs. I am now an independent legal services consultant, and I provide legal services for start-ups, as well as large, publicly-traded companies.
