Craig C. Daniel is a litigator with expertise in a broad range of commercial, real estate, and intellectual property matters.
Craig spent the first decade of his legal career at Cooley LLP, where he was recognized by colleagues and clients as an effective advocate, negotiator, and counselor, representing large public companies, startups, and individuals. Craig also led Cooley’s pro bono efforts, winning a pro bono award for the San Francisco office in 2004.
In January 2010, Craig formed Daniel Law Office, where he tirelessly represented individuals and companies in real estate disputes, commercial litigation, and other areas. Craig is proud to have joined Axcel as of June 2011.
Craig received his JD from University of California’s Hastings College of the Law in 2000. At Hastings, Craig won a national moot court championship and was a Legal Writing and Research teaching assistant. Craig received his BA from Emory University in 1990.
Craig lives in San Francisco with his golden retriever, Hudson. When not diligently representing clients, Craig can be found mentoring law students, practicing yoga, throwing a ball with Hudson at Crissy Field, hiking in the Marin Headlands, and cooking cajun food.
