Caroline realized her dream of owning a small business when she started Worley Law, LLC in 2009. She is now committed to helping entrepreneurs and small to mid-sized business owners fulfill their own dreams of business ownership. Before starting Worley Law, Caroline worked with other law firms, both large and small, and as an Assistant Prosecutor in Columbus, Ohio. In her current position as an attorney at Worley Law, Caroline represents entrepreneurs in all aspects of business law, including, but not limited to, entity selection, business formation, negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts, business litigation, and real estate. Caroline Worley is a small business owner who understands the challenges that a business faces on a day-to-day basis. Caroline also is the founder of Ohio Women In Business, LLC an interactive information hub and online resource providing entrepreneurial women a forum in which to brainstorm, research, plan, strategize and implement business concepts, structures and models. In addition, she is a partner in Your Management Team, Inc., a collective of small business owners and professionals who serve as mentors to entrepreneurs, providing guidance in the form of leadership teams.
