Bill Yanger

For more than 25 years, Bill Yanger has provided effective legal counsel and representation to individuals and businesses throughout the Tampa area.   • Representation of 60 year-old St. Petersburg entity Barnes Machinery Company through successful jury verdict for fraud versus real estate/asset purchaser;
  • Successful defense of post-production house in federal involuntary bankruptcy litigation;
  • Representation of web-based information aggregator against national financial entity for multiple violations of database access licensing agreement resulting in significant mid-six figure recovery;
