Benjamin Nahoum, Partner, Sulimani Law Firm P.C., is a general business lawyer. His areas of practice include corporate law, internet law and eCommerce, copyrights and trademarks and general business contracts and negotiations. He has represented both domestic and international clients from many different industries, including internet and new media, technology, entertainment, jewelry, consulting and the arts.
Ben began his legal career in commercial litigation with a number of top international law firms located in New York City. Following this, he served for 10 years in business development at Sullivan & Cromwell. He also has a background in finance and has held positions with Republic National Bank and Deloitte & Touche prior to his career in law.
Combining a strong background in finance, marketing and law, Ben is able to provide well-rounded advice to the many clients of Sulimani Law Firm, many of whom are entrepreneurs and startups, frequently in the technology and general internet industries.
