Ayelet Shuber advises clients on intellectual property matters, business transactions and commercial litigation matters and has experience working both with businesses and creative professionals. She has worked on large litigation matters for law firms and in an in-house corporate environment. Ayelet is a graduate of the University of Florida law school, where she was a member of the Entertainment Law Review and an officer of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. Ayelet is a former intern of the World Intellectual Property Organization at the United Nations in New York. She is licensed to practice law in New York and Florida and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Prior to practicing law, Ayelet worked as an editor in book publishing. She is fluent in both Spanish and Hebrew.
