UCLA Defeats Copyright Infringement Claim

This article examines a constitutional limitation to copyrights which must be kept in mind when dealing with state institutions--the Eleventh Amendment of the United States Constitution does not let citizens sue states without the state's consent.  This article details how the Eleventh Amendment protected UCLA--an institution of the state of California--from a copyright infringment lawsuit.
