Twitter versus New York

This article reviews a relatively high profile case before a New York court in which prosecutors are subpoenaing Twitter for certain information pertaining to one of its users' tweets.  Beyond constitutional concerns, this case also contains an important question about the legal meaning of Twitter's Terms of Service; the article points out that one interesting result of this case will be to cast light on how courts interpret Terms of Service compared with how companies interpret the same document.
