This article reviews the discussions at the most recent quarterly meeting of the Trademark Public Advisory Committee (TPAC), held at the offices of the USPTO. In this meeting, TPAC discussed many of the prominent topics in trademark law today (and, therefore, many topics relevant to brand-conscious entrepreneurs); this article presents a detailed list of these topics and summarizes the discussion points coming out of the meeting.
