Three Dish Arguments for Why Skipping TV Ads is Okay

This article reviews several arguments from a high-profile lawsuit in which legacy TV networks are suing Dish Networks over equipment and software which allows Dish subscribers to watch TV shows commercial-free (albeit with a time-shift).  As part of this, the article points out how vehemently the TV networks are defending their business model; it also points out how some of Dish's arguments could be used against it, whether in this lawsuit or by future disruptive technologies.
