The High Cost of Reading Terms of Service - Part One

Given the number of websites that play an important role in both our personal lives and our business's lives, the law interpreting those websites' Terms of Service is becoming more and more important.  With that in mind, this article analyzes the enforceability of post-agreement changes to websites' Terms of Service, and also considers how much time people would spend if they actually read every websites' Terms of Service which was applicable to them.
