Privacy Lesson for Employers: Shoulder Surfing is bad

This article relates the background and court opinion of a New Jersey case where a hospital lost a motion to dismiss an employee's lawsuit stemming from that employee's termination.  The termination in question was based on a Facebook post by the employee which the hospital allegedly discovered by forcing a co-worker of the employee's to look at the employee's Facebook profile while standing over the co-worker's shoulder.
