Basically, there are three ways we bill clients:
Retainer clients - they pay us a minimum number of hours per month and receive a reduced hourly rate. (probably the best choice for companies that are to the point where they need a firm to cover legal affairs)
Account clients - they pay into an account with us and can use our services as they please over how ever long of time they choose but it is at full rate. (probably the best for start ups or projects like single movies, video games, tv shows, etc.)
We offer flat fee services for basic legal needs. (helps businesses budget...no surprises).
All three have their benefits and clients can grow with us and move to another fee structure (i.e., start as an account client and once the need is there opt to become a retainer client).
