Heinz’s new “Dip and Squeeze” packet: Love it or leave it?

Heinz has come out with a new ketchup packet, the "Dip and Squeeze."  Rather than being able to squeeze ketchup out of the packet onto your burger, plate or whatever else, it allows you the option of opening the packet and dipping your food into it (hence the name).  This article explains why "Dip and Squeeze" is such a good brand name for this, and highlights how Heinz is protecting it via trademark.  It also highlights what lessons your business can glean from this how Heinz is handling this product.
