Fiduciary Duties of Officers of the Corporation

Many company founders will be CEOs (or otherwise officers) of their corporation.  What fiduciary duties (if any) do these (and other) officers have to the corporation, shareholders, or anyone else?  This article answers that question (in short, officers have similar fiduciary duties to directors, although the legal treatment differs somewhat), and provides recommendations for corporate officers related to these duties.
