Draw the Law: You, Your Contracts, and Other People – Difference between Assignment and Delegation

This article continues a series which explains legal concepts in both words and (often funny) pictures.  This entry continues a section of that series which focuses on contracts by looking at two ideas related to your performance of the contract--assignment and delegation.  It reviews the difference between the two concepts, and notes that parties' rights to both under the contract are often modified in provisions in parts of the contract often confused for mere boilerplate.
