Charging Orders To Be The Only Remedy for Creditors of Ohio LLC Members

This article details changes to Ohio's laws regarding LLCs which will soon be taking effect.  The changes in question, passed as part of legislation recently signed by Ohio's governor, relate to the ability of creditors of an LLC member to take such member's interest in the LLC as part of remedial action.  The article explains how the new legislation makes charging orders a creditor's exclusive remedy against LLC members, and details the implications of this change.
