Behind the Veil: When Creditors Attack

This article uses a hypothetical situation to illustrate how an entrepreneur can conduct his business such that creditors cannot pursue the entrepreneur's personal assets in a bankruptcy.  The article provides four general pointers businesses should follow to avoid exposing their owners to personal liability, but notes that this is a very complex, fact-dependant area of the law.
